About Gene on Link

Gene on Link LLC was founded on September 17, 2020, in California, USA. Gene on Link laboratory is a local diagnostics lab transforming healthcare by improving health outcomes and offering efficient means of managing community wellness. With the help of local physicians, we imagine new ways to help people stay informed, healthy, and experience satisfaction wherever they are.

We are dedicated to the development of various molecular diagnostic technologies, including pathogen nucleic acid molecular testing and the development of various cancer genetics tests using Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) technology. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we have invested in our research and production technology to develop SARS-CoV-2 PCR testing reagents. We have obtained Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) both in Taiwan and the United States. Gene on Link laboratory also has played a pivotal role in supporting public health initiatives. We have forged strong partnerships with local clinical laboratories to enhance our capabilities in the fight against infectious diseases. Leveraging its newfound capabilities, Gene on Link laboratory initiated COVID testing services for the local community. By doing so, the company contributes directly to the management and control of the COVID-19 pandemic at the community level.

In the field of cancer genetic testing, in addition to common colorectal and lung cancers, we are actively developing small gene testing panel for other cancers using NGS technology. This enables doctors to have more comprehensive reference data when deciding the treatment approach for patients. Tailoring treatment for each patient based on personalized information contributes to the goal of precision medicine.
